Francois Xavier Morency graduated from Université de Sherbrooke in 1998 with a degree in chemical engineering. He holds the WSET Level 2 certification from Wien Spirit and Education Trust as well as the Advanced Wine Certificate from International Sommelier Guild. He plays squash daily and is a member of Squash Newfoundland. Mr. Morency enjoys investing privately and in equity markets. Additionally, he is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys fishing for salmon and hunting moose.
